The staff is excellent, and we’ve always had a good experience with the care and service provided. My only concern during this visit was the wait time after my son’s cleaning was finished. We waited about 35 minutes before he was called back, which I completely understand. I know appointments can run behind and things happen throughout the day. However, after his cleaning was completed, we waited approximately 12 minutes just to be checked out. During that time, another customer who finished after us was checked out in about 3 minutes. When the service is complete, customers are generally ready to leave, so the wait at the end was frustrating. I completely understand delays before an appointment, but I feel the checkout process after the service could be improved.

Could not recommend more for parents with small children. They have never done better at an office visit and they really took their time while also keeping things moving/efficient. They took the time to answer questions I had and gave me even more info on how to keep my kids smiles extra healthy. 10/10 experience.

Best dental care for all children in the area! Special needs children too! They are always patient and gentle with my autistic son. Going to the dentist is no longer a fear for him. They are the best around and I hope they know how appreciated they are. From the front office staff to the dental staff, big thanks from my family and I! I feel lucky to have found this office.

I cannot recommend this place enough. My son had a horrendous experience at his previous dentist at the age of 3. It was to the point where he was petrified of going anywhere near a dentist. Dr. Roth and her team have now been able to successfully complete the treatment plan he needed. I am so appreciative of everyone who works in this office for making my little guy feel so safe and comfortable. Thank you so so much!!!!!

I am so grateful that we found this dental office. Prior to finding Smalltown Dental, my son had been going to a dentist that had zero patience with children. From our very first visit at Smalltown, my son was relaxed and to this day, actually loves going to the dentist! Thank y'all!
